PROGRAM DIRECTOR:

Program Directors are undergraduate students who take a leadership role by working directly with one of Madison House’s community partners. PDs serve as the main point of contact between volunteers and their community partner, and they are ultimately responsible for ensuring that their program is operating as smoothly as possible. Their responsibilities include coordinating and leading volunteer training, managing and verifying shifts on the volunteer website GivePulse, and attending biweekly Program Advising Meetings held by the Head Program Director for their pathway. PD’s are also expected to actively volunteer within their program.
